Job Description:

 

 

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist , your area of responsibility will be working directly with our worldwide customers and daily interactions with our R&D team, supporting and implementing technological solutions for our clients.

You will be the main focal point for providing professional services, solving integration issues, creating new product configurations, and helping drive our customers toward success.

 

Key position responsibilities: 

 

  • Technical support to our worldwide customers (B2B, B2G).
  • Review and solve incoming inquiries and issues from customers and integrators.
  • Hands-on deployment of versions and patches.
  • Internal support to our R&D teams.
  • Provide product and system guidance to end users, remotely and on-site.
  • Master the product features and capabilities and provide solutions to support clients’ needs.
  • Write product and infrastructure documentation to enhance the company’s knowledge
    base.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Active Israeli Security Clearance – is an advantage
  • Experience in customer – facing support roles.
  • Experience in SQL database like mySQL, maria DB or similar
  • Proficient English – writing at a high level, speaking fluently and confidently, ability to discuss on technical topics with clients and IT/DevOps teams
  • Experience in working with Linux/dockers – advantage
