You will be the main focal point for providing professional services, solving integration issues, creating new product configurations, and helping drive our customers toward success.
Key position responsibilities:
- Technical support to our worldwide customers (B2B, B2G).
- Review and solve incoming inquiries and issues from customers and integrators.
- Hands-on deployment of versions and patches.
- Internal support to our R&D teams.
- Provide product and system guidance to end users, remotely and on-site.
- Master the product features and capabilities and provide solutions to support clients’ needs.
- Write product and infrastructure documentation to enhance the company’s knowledge
base.
