TA9 is the leading independent software vendor providing a big data platform for local and central government agencies that enables analysts to draw operational conclusions and intelligence insights from various sources.

We are looking for a hands-on QA Team Lead to take our team of QA engineers to the next level! As a team leader, you will be responsible for building and plan the QA cycle and testing roadmap, supporting our product and development team on a regular basis to help promote version upgrades and deployments to our customers and lead automation and CI/CD tests on TA9 platform.

 Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and recruit for the QA department
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts help grow our automation infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, using known QA methodologies and best practices
• Plan, Review & execute test plans based on PRD’s, Feature specifications, and technical design documents
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Run and track automation tests results, reporting the R&D with feedback

Desired Skills and Experience

What you must have:

• At least 4 years of proven work experience in software quality assurance (especially web applications)
• Previous experience as QA team lead – Advantage
• Selenium & Robot Framework experience
• Python
• Previous experience in API tests, load tests, and penetration testing – Big Advantage
• Strong knowledge & Hands on experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Autodidact and a strong team player
• Fluent English – Capability to be well-articulate in technical English writing
• Sharp eye, with good attention to detail (Functionality / Interface / Experience)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
