Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing technological projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and creating comprehensive technical documentation alongside the ability to manage projects with technical orientation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology-driven projects within scope, on time, and within budget while working closely with cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead multiple technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables. 

• Develop, maintain, and update Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other technical documentation, converting customer wishes to technical specifications. 

• Be able to Utilize SQL to analyze data and use it for data-driven decision making. 

• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution. 

• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. 

• Work with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs. 

• Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. 

Must Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management. 

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes and acquaintance with data base work. 

• Security clearance – previous experience of working with government agencies – significant advantage 

• Proven experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation. 

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure / Jira 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Technical background / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 

• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications. 

• Experience working in a startup or agile, fast-paced environment. 

• Working with API’s utilizing functionality in dedicated API consumption applications like postman
