If you are the type of person who enjoys working in an innovative and vibrant workplace, TA9 – a high-tech big data software house in the Intelligence and investigations domain, based in Tel-Aviv, is growing and looking for a new talented Customer Support Partner to fill the Customer support position.

 

As a Customer support partner, your area of responsibility will be in working directly with our end-users & system integrators from all over the world, along with daily interactions with our R&D team, supporting and implementing technological solutions to our clients.

You will be the main focal point providing professional services, solve integration issues, create new product configurations, and help drive our customers towards success.

 

Key position responsibilities:

 

  • Solve and educate the company’s clients with product integration
  • In coordination with your manager, identify opportunities and contacts that will lead to growing the company’s success in new projects expanding our client’s usage abilities in the system
  • Gain ownership on the company’s Knowledge-base
  • Engage hands-on with project assignments, implementing new solutions and developments
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required
  • Train the system’s end users remotely and on-site

 

Essential skills and experience required:

 

  • 1 Year as a technical support representative
  • Database understanding and SQL acquaintance – Entry level Must, Vast knowledge – big advantage
  • IT knowledge – Entry level
  • Fluent & high-level English – Writing & speaking – must
  • French language – Advantage
  • Ability to conduct customer training – Advantage
  • A problem-solver by nature
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated
